Welcome to the official website of MT Institute (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Institute”). By accessing this website, enrolling in our training programs, or utilizing our services, you (“Student,” “User,” “Visitor,” or “Client”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before accessing our content or completing our admission processes. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using this website or enrolling in our courses.
1. Admission and Enrollment Eligibility
- Accuracy of Information: When applying for admissions or filling out inquiry forms, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and academic information.
- Batch Allocation: Course admissions, batch timings, and seating allocations are managed entirely at the discretion of the Institute’s management. Requests for batch changes must be submitted formally to the administrative desk and are subject to availability.
- Right of Admission: The Institute reserves the right to deny admission or cancel an existing registration without notice if a student provides fraudulent documents or misrepresents facts.
2. Fee Policy, Payments, and Installments
- Payment Terms: All course fees must be paid in accordance with the structured payment timeline agreed upon at the time of admission. This applies to both lump-sum payments and Monthly Installment (EMI) plans.
- Installment Diligence: Students opting for monthly installments must clear their dues on or before the designated monthly deadline. Delay in installment clearing may result in a temporary suspension of campus/lab access or a late fee penalty.
- Refund Policy: All fees paid to MT Institute are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual under any circumstances once the batch has commenced.
3. Real Work-Based Training & Lab Discipline
- Code of Conduct: MT Institute operates an agency-style, corporate-simulated training environment. Students are expected to carry themselves with professional decorum, respect fellow learners, and treat instructors as industry leads.
- Lab Hardware & Software Safety: Students are granted access to high-end infrastructure, modern computer labs, and premium enterprise software suites. Any intentional damage to hardware, tampering with internal network configurations, or installing unauthorized third-party malicious software (such as illegal APK mods) will result in immediate disciplinary action, financial liability for damages, or expulsion.
- Attendance and Deliverables: Because our methodology relies on 100% real-world workflows, regular attendance and timely project delivery are mandatory. Consistent failure to meet assignment milestones may disqualify a student from receiving special backup classes or project certifications.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Proprietary Content: All educational materials, custom curriculum designs, code snippets, project briefs, video lectures, and branding assets available on this website or distributed inside our physical classrooms are the sole intellectual property of MT Institute.
- Usage Restrictions: You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access our materials solely for personal learning. You may not replicate, resell, redistribute, or use our proprietary curriculum for commercial training purposes elsewhere.
- Student Work: Any websites, graphics, marketing frameworks, or digital assets created by students using the Institute’s resources during live projects may be featured in MT Institute’s marketing brochures, official social media pages, or website portfolio showcases to highlight student success.
5. Certification and Performance Evaluation
- Issuance Criteria: Official Completion Certificates are awarded only to students who maintain at least the minimum mandatory attendance requirement and successfully clear their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and final project submissions.
- No Job Guarantee: While MT Institute offers comprehensive Career Readiness Support (including resume building, portfolio creation, and interview training), the Institute does not guarantee automated placement or employment. Final hiring depends entirely on the student’s performance, skill execution, and the employer’s individual parameters.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Website Availability: We strive to ensure that our official website is continuously operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for temporary server down-times, maintenance intervals, or data loss caused by external hosting issues.
- Technical Accuracy: While we ensure all information on this website regarding course outlines, fees, and updates is correct, typographical errors or old data caching may occasionally occur. The Institute reserves the right to modify content or update details without prior notice.
7. Third-Party Links
Our website may feature hyper-links to third-party digital tools, reference platforms, or external websites. We do not exercise control over, endorse, or accept any legal or financial liability for the terms, safety, privacy, or content of those external third-party domains.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
MT Institute reserves the ultimate right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any given time. The updated document will be uploaded directly to this URL, and the “Last Updated” date will reflect the revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of our website or campus resources following the posting of modifications indicates your binding acceptance of those updates.
