1. Course Enrollment & Fees
- All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment structure communicated by MT Institute.
- Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.
2. Cancellation by Student
- Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing via email or official communication channels.
- Cancellation requests made after course commencement shall not be eligible for any refund.
- Failure to attend classes, non-participation, or absence shall not be considered as cancellation.
3. Refund Policy

- No refund shall be provided for:

- Early withdrawal

- Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching methods
4. Cancellation by MT Institute
MT Institute reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course or batch due to:
- Insufficient enrollments
- Faculty unavailability
- Unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events
In such cases, the Institute may:
- Offer an alternative batch/course, or
- Process a refund at its sole discretion
5. Payment Gateway & Technical Issues
- MT Institute shall not be responsible for payment failures, duplicate payments, or delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.
- Any extra amount credited due to technical error will be refunded after verification.
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.
- Any applicable transaction or gateway charges may be deducted.
7. No Transfer of Fees
- Course fees are non-transferable to another student or course unless explicitly approved by MT Institute in writing.
8. Force Majeure
MT Institute shall not be liable for any refund or compensation due to delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
9. Final Decision
All refund and cancellation decisions made by MT Institute shall be final and binding.
